Terms for using Dumpor

The service
dumpor.org is a free website for viewing everything an Instagram profile shows to all: the profile header, stories, highlights, reels, posts, the lists behind both follower numbers (just the first part of a long one) and comments left on posts. Nobody registers and nobody pays.
No guarantees
Instagram and a hired data service stand between you and every result, and either one may change its behaviour or slow down at any time. A search can therefore fail, return only part of an account, or stop for some time. Dumpor comes as is, without any promise of constant uptime or of complete results. Numbers and lists show the state Instagram gave at search time.
Rules of use
- Stay within the law and respect the people whose posts you watch or download. Owning a downloaded copy is not permission to publish it.
- Never turn the site against a person: no harassment, intimidation or monitoring.
- No bulk or automated searching, no scraping, and no attempts to dodge rate limits or checks.
- No attacks, load testing or probing of the service.
Visitors who break these rules may see their access restricted or cut off.
Whose content it is
Every photo, video, caption and comment is still owned by whoever published it on Instagram. Dumpor merely shows content Instagram already makes public, and stores none of it. Removal requests belong with Instagram; the removal page has the steps.
Revisions
Each revision of these terms gets a fresh date above the first heading. Questions go to contact@dumpor.org.
